All of my teacher friends are going back to work, and it seems like people are in absolute organization mode. Wowowowow this giveaway is awesome! I don't have any quirky habits (I don't think?), but I do like everything facing outwards. Everything in the pantry...I have to be able to see what it is. All book spines have to be showing, etc.
I have to have my clothes by type then color (jeans, VS yoga, tanks, tees and so on. I also have to have to have my books on the shelf by author if I want to read something by them I want them all together!

I organize my clothes by type and then color, from black to white. All of my books are in alphabetic order by author's last name.
I don't know that I have any strange organizational styles other then the fact that I line all my pants up on hangers by color.

I love organization. Sometimes I'll reorganize my tupperware even though it doesn't need to be done! I like to decorate for all seasons. Even if it's just a handtowel on my stove. I have a seasonal closet. Every season has it's own little plastic crate and is labeled with the same size, font, and color. I know... a little weird.
I just have to label everything, I m talking everything, lol...

My weirdest organization habit is that I alphabetize EVERYTHING!

My one quirky thing? I have to have all of my apps on my iPhone in alphabetical order. Silly, I know. :)

I'm like most everyone else on here! The clothes hang in my closet from color coordinated tanks to tees to long sleeve shirts to sweaters! Rainbow closet!

What a neat/awesome giveaway! I can't think of any quirky habit that I have or at least not one off the top of my head.
I don't know if it is quirky or not but my biggest organization is sticky notes. Most people don't think that is organized but it works for me!
I color code my closet. Is that weird? :-) I would love to win this. Off to twitter meow!
I don't really have any extremely quirky habits, but I do like my shoes to all face the same direction and I like to organize my clothes by the types of dress that they are, ex. jeans, tshirts, tank tops are all in order on one side and dresses, dress shirts, pants, skirts, etc. are on the other side in order :)

I am a color coordinated freak...is it wrong that I just bought a 24 pack of ultra thin 80's baby multi colored pens from my life planner that hasn't even shipped yet....OCD maybe? :)
I'm not sure I have any quirky habits? But I do organize & label my master closet drawers... one is just for bras. "Tee Shirt, Strapless, Favorites & Sexy" haha! I also have an "Unmentionables" drawer for all of that bridal shower stuff! Ha! ;)

My most quirky organization habit.. hmm.... I think mine is just constantly changing my mind. Right now, I'm organized by color in my closet. This winter, I'll prolly get bored and organize by button down, sweater, etc. And my space is incredi-limited here so I get super creative with organizing. It usually ends up being a hot mess though b/c I run out or room and start putting handbags with sweaters in tubs, etc. Sheez. :)
Oh goodness, well my closet would be the first... everything is organized by color and type, (pants, long sleeve, short sleeve, tanks and organized in colors within those categories!)... all my hangers have to be white also. AND I am a label maker- I can't help it... I just love to label things!!
Quirky huh, I feel pretty normal now after looking at the comments! BUT, I will say that all my panties have to be folded a certain way and in separate even piles...
I just organized my closet and I made closet tags separating all the different types of clothes. Now, my husband can hang my laundry and knows where to put it! ;)

My habits are that the hanging clothes in my closet are sorted by color, and all my books are grouped by subject.
I think my problem is I have no weird organizational quirk...maybe if I did my house would stay cleaner longer.

I think my quirkiest organizational habit is how I arrange my clothes, by type, tees, sweats, going out clothes, work, etc. and then I arrange them by color starting with red, working through the rainbow spectrum and ending with black. I also do the same thing with my shoes! It's so much easier to find things!
I think the quirkiest organizing thing I do is.. alphabetize my dvds. I used to be quirkier and categorize by books and alphabetize them by author but I am recovering :)

I organize my clothes by function (work, casual, exercise, etc.) and then by color. I also have my shoes lined on a shelf my type (heals, flats, tennis shoes). I have my chunky necklaces hung up by color as well. I like things to look orderly.
I also have an office supply fascination. I have Sharpies and highlighters organized by color and post it notes organized by size and type.
