As I'm sitting next to 4 empty water bottles that I refill daily for my 8 glasses of water a day - yes I do! It's hard work I like ice cold water. I loved all the facts thanks!

I drink about 2 to 3 bottles a day but so I'm hoping that's enough. I always have a bottle by me at night too because for some reason, I get SUPER thirsty during my sleep. My NEED for a diet pepsi always kicks in during the day though! lol..

Loved all of the facts! Defintely an eye opener

Since I started the flat belly diet, I've been drinking between 64-70 oz of water a day and have seen a HUGE increase in my energy and a significant decrease in my appetite. It's crazy! Good info. =)

This is a great post! I'm not good at drinking many fluids! I really have to focus on drinking water to get the right amount in each day. It is something I am working on though. I definitely agree that drinking extra water helps you feel less hungary and fatigued!

HOnestly, I am probably one of those chronically dehydrated people! I am NEVER thirsty! I have to force myself to remember to drink my bottles of water a day, and then I drink one all at once , kind of like "taking my medicine" for the day. WIsh I were better! :)

And here's something else - thirst is actually a later sign of dehydration. So by the time you feel thirsty, you're already dehydrated!

A very informative post! I make it a point to drink at least two litres of water everyday and that does not count the other juices etc that I may take during the day. Drinking water is also important to flush out the toxins from your body and make you feel lighter and fresher!

Keep drinking :)
