Nonetheless, a wild week

Let's see, what updates are there to be shared ....

1.  It is official, Arrie and Jordan are having a GIRL, Gracelynn!!!!!!!  Read about the healthy peanut here due Aug 10'.

2.  I have cried at least 5x in the last 24 hours since my family's trip to Seattle ended up getting rescheduled last night.  They were suppose to be here today, SAD, but due to the crazyness with Spring Break, it just made sense to have them come in another month or so.  I have been pretty homesick the last couple of weeks, and I was really looking forward to time with my nephew especially .... but everything happens for a reason.  Now, I have something to look forward to, yay, and we will just have to make it happen before Arrie is too preggers to fly!!

**Picking chin up now and the pouting is officially over.

3.  My best friend had a ADVENTURE of a day, to say the least, involving losing her wedding ring!!  HEART-ATTACK for us all, so read about it here.

4.  Hubby and I did a mega-deep clean, and it feels beyond amazing to have a spotless house.  Boy, do we need a maid because neither one of us like to get our hands dirty -- hah!

5.  I have eaten my all time favorite turkey quesadilla for dinner the last three nights straight.  AND, I am pretty sure I will eat it tomorrow night too.  I will post about it this week!!

I'm sorry you are homesick. I got really sad when I had to say goodbye to my grandparents in Memphis. But hopefully your family will be out here soon and it will be a great time! And a baby girl - soooo exciting!! Congrats to them!!! :)

Sounds like you're not having the best of time right now. Enjoy that turkey quesadilla! That sounds yummy.

Btw, I've revamped things over at my place. *got my own domain now!* And put your button up!

Hey! Thanks for the comments on my blog:) LOVE those.
About my camera - no, I don't use a Canon Rebel, I use a Nikon D80. If I could do it over again I would probably go for the new Canon Rebel Xti (I think that's what it's called anyway) the images tend to turn out warmer. I totally recommend the Rebel, though. Your images will turn out SO much better than with a little point and shoot.

Hope your mood has lifted - at least they'll be able to visit when it's a bit nicer out? Looking forward to seeing your quesadilla recipe!

I hate it when I get my mind on something exciting, and then it flops! You're right, though, everything happens for a reason...ya'll will probably have a better visit in a month or so when the weather is a little warmer!
That's funny about eating your favorite meal 3 nights in a row-I do the exact same thing when I get fixated on a certain food.
