Colorful Colorado #2

I officially learned to make Granny Gayle's FAMOUS Biscuits and Gravy,
and I seriously think I can run with her no-recipe concoction!

Dad doing what he does best
- Teaching the kiddos to be ready if the circus is hiring!
We grew up learning to balance on his hands before we could walk.

Gabe and the most brilliant man I know

These views never get old

Getting ready to hike Treasure Falls - Probably done it 100x.
Excited to teach Gabe the Pagosa way :)

The Mobi was incredible, never felt a lb of her!

Need this one framed for sure!

Lugar fam craziness

Love you sister!!

Wolf Creek Ski Resort - spent many a days there.

When did my brother get so tall!  And I guess I officially am 5'5
if my mom is 5'6 and this picture proves it, arrrrg!

The kiddos at the summit

Weird Colorado folk as it's windy, chilly,
but ohhhh my he's sunbathing at a turnoff on the hwy

My absolute fav part of the trip - reading and soaking up the sun!
BY THE WAY, who knew you could ready your Kindle on your iPad and Droid.  Cool new fact for ya, I'm obsessed!

LOVE LOVE LOVE

The joys in the life, that keep on giving!

Thanks to PP and GG for welcoming us to your second home with huge open arms, my parents for the logistics and making it so easy on us all, and my brother and sister in law for making the haul with two young kiddos.  It was so appreciated, and the second half of our trip was filled with just as much fun and laughter.  Good company makes any time fabulous, and we are counting down the days to a beach trip giveaway with Gabe's family in less than three weeks!!!!  I am so very anxious and ready to be there already.

Speaking of beaches ... I have the most wonderful giveaway that I will post next.  Get excited as it's something you definitely want to get in on and share with your blogging friends.  Hint hint ... sexiness in the sun!

You must have missed the warm weather. It has been in the 80's and 90's for the past week and lots of sun!

I always thought you were 5'7! I must be shorter than I thought then too. Love your pictures, love you, and loved Colorado! Let's go back. It's hitting right at 100* this week and we are melting in this heat. Glad I could teach you about the Kindle app. I am starting the Baker/Bride book now. LOVE

I have always wanted to visit Colorado! As a PNW lover, I think I would love CO too. The only thing I would miss is the ocean, but I wonder if the dryer weather would make up for it? Hmm! It looks gorgeous!

Thanks for the comment a while back. We are South Sounders & are from Olympia. We own a home in Shelton also and that is where we were moving from... So we're back to Olympia and loving it! :)
