For all those Android users, I thought I would teach you about one of my favorite apps if you don't have it already. It tracks your sleep patterns by simply clicking when you "go to sleep" and "wake up."
Gabe gives me a really hard time as each nights sleep for me is completely different from the next. Which is totally opposite from his as he has a routine pretty set and stone. We lay in bed comparing our graphs and get a good kick out of it.
I have my ideal hours of sleep set at 8.5 hrs
as I do need my beauty sleep .....

I get about 7 hours on average, but it's rare I actually get 7. Weekends I get way more, and the week days are usually 6.5-6. Isn't that bad?!
You get a bunch of sleep!! Is that TWELVE?!? hours in one night? Amazing and I am soooo jealous. The last time I slept more than 7 or 8 was in 2008! Love!!!

I WISH I got 8.5 hours of sleep a night! I might be more pleasant to be around sometime if I did!
I wish I could get 8.5 hours of sleep but having to wake up at 5:00 pretty much makes that an impossibility! I usually get about 6 or 7 hours. Sometimes I'm able to sleep in on the weekends, which I LOVE and better enjoy now before the baby gets here :-)
that is an awesome app! I think my average is about 7 - and then on weekends about 8 or 9 :)
I could sleep 12 hours and feel like I could go back to bed sometimes! Haha, I'm a restless sleeper, the slightest thing wakes me. :/

I just downloaded this!!! I can't wait to see how much much my sleep patterns vary! I'm usually so exhausted by the weekend that I sleep about 10 hours.
I used to get about 7 Since the move, being unemployed and all :), has helped me get lots of beauty sleep! I get like 9 to 10 hours a night. Not sure what I'm going to do when I have to rejoin the real world!
8.5 would be a dream for me...I get about 5.5 -6hrs

I never was a sleeper, even in my late teens I was up early to ensure I crammed in 1000 things into my day!

That's a great idea! You really are supposed to try to go to bed and wake up the same time every day! I just milk every extra minute of sleep I can get!

I need around 9 hours, but usually get 7.5 to 8. How I was able to survive on 4 in college is beyond me!

8.5 is good. For me it won't be more than 7 :(
I get at least 6 hours a night. If not I don't know if I'd be able to function.
