For all those Android users, I thought I would teach you about one of my favorite apps if you don't have it already. It tracks your sleep patterns by simply clicking when you "go to sleep" and "wake up."
Gabe gives me a really hard time as each nights sleep for me is completely different from the next. Which is totally opposite from his as he has a routine pretty set and stone. We lay in bed comparing our graphs and get a good kick out of it.
I have my ideal hours of sleep set at 8.5 hrs
as I do need my beauty sleep .....
