I stopped doing zumba over a year ago because I didtn think it was a good workout! Have you heard of Tabata?
LOL! Sometimes our butts rip open from too many situps...lol!! I do both and love both... but crossfit is definitely where it's at!
Glad everyone on here likes my video. I will try to post more if i get free time to do them. Until then Keep doing those shake weight tabatas and shaking those hips!!
