Two pleated, spiraling rosettes adorn the bodice of the surf-colored North Shore dress, while the simple, elastic-drawn waist gives a perfect fit to every shape.  Falling just below the knee, the straight skirt has a retro feel.  Pull it on over your bikini for a day at the beach, or doll it up with heels and a clutch for a night out under the stars.
