I love weddings and since I work in the industry, I get to be part of them all the time! But I'd have to say, I really wouldn't want to get married again. Even though I adore being married to my man, there was way too much stress associated with my wedding and I can't imagine going through that time of my life again! I enjoy living vicariously through my bride-clients, instead! ;-)

ReplyDeleteI don't want to relive my wedding day...but I leave the wedding feeling so in love with my husband because it reminds of our day and how special it was. However, the day itself was so exhausting and I'm glad it just happened once :)

I don't know if I would do my wedding over, but I always tell my husband that you should get to wear your wedding dress every year on your anniversary.. it was so pretty and expensive to only wear it once

ReplyDeleteAlmost every time I go to/see a wedding I cry. I don't cry because it's so beautiful or what not, I cry because I want to do it again. I remember how happy I was that day and I want to be up there with my husband and say our vows and watch his eyes light up and him smile at me and hold my hand for like an hour straight. I totally understand. The wedding looked gorgeous. By the way you are absolutely ADORABLE!

ReplyDeleteI'm a weird one, weddings after my own make me so happy that I don't ever have to plan one again. I wouldn't mind renewing my vows on the beach somewhere with just my love, but definitely don't ever want to relive our hectic wedding time!
You all look so pretty and I love how you did you hair and your dress! I still have 10 months to go, but I always get emotional at weddings when the bride walks down the aisle and ever since I got engaged, I've been even more emotional. ReplyDeleteAw, so happy the weather turned out ok. My friend's sister got married this past weekend in NH, and it POURED ALL DAY! Like flood causing rains! I would have cried.

My husband and my solution is to renew our vows in Hawaii in 4 years. I specifically want to REALLY wear my wedding dress again! Do you ever feel that way?? :-) My friends and I vow that we're going to meet up in our dresses for dinner sometime. Ha!
ReplyDeleteHaha! I would not want to re-do my wedding (it was very stressful!), but I love the renewing your vows idea. I doubt I would wear my wedding dress again because it was big and heavy, but then agian, it was so pretty! :)
